Conference Presentations

The Illinois Rural Water Association has received numerous requests to post the Power Point presentations by attorney Michael L. Antoline given at the Illinois Rural Water Association Technical Conference on February 19, 2008.  Mr. Antoline spoke on the law regarding setting of water rates, water and sewer service collections, employment law and the topic of employee monitoring.  The overwhelmingly positive response to these presentations and the request for posting the information presented has indicated a need for this type of information among our membership.  Mr. Antoline has agreed to allow his Power Point presentations be posted but has pointed out that the presentations were used as outlines and some important information was presented verbally.  Rather than post the Power Point outlines we have asked and Mr. Antoline has agreed to prepare a series of white papers on the topics he presented at the Technical Conference.  Please look for links to these papers on the IRWA website in the coming weeks.
