MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

To join, fill out the membership form  and mail to the IRWA
office with your payment.

 Supporting, Associate, Secondary Associate, or Soup may now
pay with Visa or MasterCard.

 

If you would like to sign up as a Voting member and pay by credit card -
please e-mail Heather with your number of water and wastewater connections,
and she will e-mail you the link to pay by.

VOTING (Systems with under 10,000 in population)

The Voting membership consists of Water Districts, Non-Profit Corporations, Public Trusts, Cooperative Associations, Municipal Authorities, Local Government Authorities, and other similar organizations engaged in the distribution of water or treatment of water or wastewater for the benefit of rural residents, any municipality under 10,000 population. Each Voting member is entitled to only one vote.

  • Access to IRWA Technical Assistance Library, slide presentations, & videos at no charge or discounted rate.

  • Industry Contact Book

  • Free access to technical equipment

  • Information sent directly to you on IRWA Training Sessions in your area\

  • Discounts to IRWA Technical Conferences & other Fee based training

  • Technical assistance provided at no charge

  • Will list job openings in mail out to S.O.U.P. Members at no charge

  • Monthly mailing of T.A.B. (Technical Assistance Bulletin)

  • Quarterly mailing of IRWA Water Ways Magazine

  • Discount on Fleet Vehicles

Where is my district and who are the members in my area?

SUPPORTING (Over 10,000 in population)

Any municipality over 10,000 population shall be the holder of the
Supporting Membership. The holder of a Supporting Membership does
not have voting rights and shall not hold office in the Association.

    SEE WHO IS A SUPPORTING MEMBER!

ASSOCIATE

Any person, partnership, or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling supplies and materials to water districts, attorney engaged in the business of representing water districts and other water suppliers, engineers, surveyors, lending institutions engaged in the business of financing water districts; and other organizations engaged in the business of distributing water to consumers in rural areas shall be eligible for Associate Membership. The holder of an Associate Membership does not have voting rights and shall not hold office in the Association.

SOCIETY OF UTILITY PROFESSIONALS

Decision Makers, Managers, Water/Wastewater Personnel, Administrative Staff, Students, Supplier Representatives, and State Agency Personnel interested in Continuing Education Unit renewal management assistance and job listings with systems in the State make up S.O.U.P. members. The holder of a S.O.U.P. membership shall not be entitled to vote or hold office in the Association.
