Just what is a "Mobile Training Unit" you ask?

Through generous donations from the USEPA, Illinois EPA, and IRWA Associate members, we will be able to bring training to you via the Mobile Training Unit (MTU).

The MTU is a trailer used by IRWA training staff as another way to make getting a few of those all important credit hours easier for you!

The inside of the MTU will contain items specific for individual training requests. This  can include: hydrants, pumps, and a mini plant & distribution system.

A minimum of 2 systems are needed for a session, which means we can do training for as little as 2 people (1 each from 2 systems) or as many as 12 people. You name the date, time, and place and IRWA will be there with the Mobile Training Unit!

This training is free of charge, but must be scheduled in 2 hour blocks with a maximum of 4 hours per day.
